An Article I #immigration court is needed

The American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the National Association of Immigration Judges (NAIJ), the American Bar Association (ABA), and the Federal Bar Association (FBA) are asking Congress to establish an independent immigration court system that will guarantee immigrants a fair day in court.
